Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your RoadHound order. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to return

Email us at [hello@roadhound.uk] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 2 business days. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us before the 14-day period expires.
