Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 19/08/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of roadhound.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

RoadHound is operated by Maximilian Aslaner, trading as RoadHound, a sole trader, registered address 62 Crown Woods Way. You can contact us at hello@roadhound.uk.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — if we cancel after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer ordering from within the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See our Returns Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

6. Product descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations between images and delivered products (e.g. packaging, colour shade) may occur due to supplier updates or screen display differences.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
