Delivery area
We currently deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Delivery costs
- Free delivery on orders over £30
- £3.99 for orders under £30
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days of order confirmation.
Because products are dispatched from our supplier network, items in a multi-product order may arrive in separate parcels on different days — this is normal and not a sign anything has gone wrong.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your order is dispatched.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries take longer than expected due to courier delays or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@roadhound.uk and we'll investigate.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched, and re-delivery due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping costs.
